The Company Story
We help insurance and automotive companies to ensure that customer failure or accident does not mean panic or interruption. It is our job to assume responsibility for organising aid in such a way that everything seems smooth and understandable to the final consumer.
The problem arises when there is no clarity in the case, who and when reacts, how to ensure a replacement vehicle or how to monitor the case and the costs transparently. This applies both to daily road assistance cases and to incidents occurring on the trip and creates an additional burden for insurance and car service managers.
We combine 24-hour reception, local assistance arrangements and transported replacement journeys, as well as case and invoice management on the single digital platform, so that the whole process is visible and smooth. This approach helps to respond more quickly, to keep the customer moving and to reduce the administrative work of customers and partners.
We differ with clear communication, multilingual service and a wide network of partners in Europe, as well as with dedicated customer managers who know the needs of each partner. Our goal is to provide reliable, fast and transparent assistance to partners, which keeps both the mobility of the end customer and the workflows of the partners in order.
