      Our goal is to build durable and well-finished buildings and take clear and responsible responsibility for our work on behalf of the client.

      Many customers are looking for a partner who can ensure the continuity of the project, adherence to deadlines and openness throughout the cooperation. More and more attention will also be paid to modern and energy-efficient solutions that reduce future use costs and increase the long-term value of buildings.

      We offer both key and step-by-step solutions, adapting services to the needs of the site and ensuring one responsible party throughout the construction process. In order for projects to proceed smoothly, it is also possible to rely on temporary rental of equipment and services and a clear price list to help customers decide and budget.

      We are characterised by practical experience and regular attitude: we have completed more than 50 projects in Estonia and Finland, worked with larger objects and built more than 125 floors in total. We focus on deadlines, transparent communication and long-term values in order to reduce customer uncertainty and ensure the quality of work.
