      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024. aastal müüdavate toodete valikus suuri muudatusi ei toimunud. BK Eesti OÜ eesmärgiks seati saada Eesti suurimaks ruumide turva- ja insenertehniliste lahenduste hulgimüüjaks. Hetkel on BK Eesti OÜ selles valdkonnas suuruselt teine seda tüüpi ettevõte.

      Põhilised BK Eesti OÜ müüdavad tooted tuuakse sisse Suurbritanniast, Prantsusmaalt, Hiinast, Poolast, Leedust, Hispaaniast, Itaaliast,

      Kanadast.

      BK Eesti OÜ tegeleb hulgikaubanduse ja turustamisega, esindades kaubamärke Hikvision, EZVIZ, AJAX, Eldes, Paradox, Ruijie, Ubiquiti, Cudy,

      Bodet, C-TEC, Fire Fighting Enterprises jt.

      Ettevõte töötab B2B klientidega. 2024. aastal alustati koos sõsarettevõtetega B2B E-poe projekti arendamist, mis peaks alustama tööd 2025.

      aastal.

      2025. aasta strateegia näeb ette ettevõtte organisatsioonilise struktuuri ümberkorraldamise. Eesmärk on tugevdada keskastme juhtide otsustusvabadust. Lamehaldusest üritatakse üle minna hierarhilisele süsteemile, kiirendades seeläbi otsuste tegemist ettevõttes ja suurendades reageerimist turudünaamikale.

      BK Eesti OÜ plaanib avada ka paar uut esindust - Jõhvis ja Pärnus. Eesmärk on olla klientidele lähemal ja suurendada olemasolevat kliendibaasi.

      Ettevõte säilitab oma eesmärgi - pakkuda kliendile võimalust osta kõik vajalikud tooted ühest kohast. Seetõttu suureneb tootevalik jätkuvalt.

      Alustada kauplemist elektrikaupadega, laiendades seeläbi oma tegevusvaldkonda veelgi.

      2025. aastal plaanib BK Eesti OÜ juurutada uued laohaldussüsteemid.

      Kuigi Eesti majandus on viimase kahe aastaga aeglustunud, võtab BK Eesti OÜ seda olukorda kui suurepärast võimalust oma struktuuri ja protsesside ümberstruktureerimiseks. Eesmärk on uue majanduse taastumise saabudes olla igati valmis kiireks müügikasvuks.

      Eesti OÜ on Eesti Turvaettevõtete Liidu (ETEL) liige.
