      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      1. Ülevaade ettevõtte tegevusest

      Cavaterra OÜ tegeles 2025. majandusaastal toitlustusteenuse pakkumisega. Ettevõte opereeris söögikohta, mille põhitegevus hõlmas kohapeal valmistatud toidu müüki, kaasa müüki ning koostööd toiduvedlusplatvormidega. Aasta jooksul jätkati menüü arendamist, teenindusprotsesside ühtlustamist ning köögiseadmete uuendamist, et tagada stabiilne teenuse kvaliteet ja efektiivsem töökorraldus.

      2. Olulisemad investeeringud ja muudatused 2025 aastal soetati mitmeid uusi köögiseadmeid ja töövahendeid, mis parandasid tootmisvõimekust ja tööohutust. Olulisemate investeeringute hulka kuulusid külmkamber, külmsahtlikapp, 3.

      kassasüsteemi uuendus ning kontoritehnika. Investeeringud olid suunatud seadmete töökindluse tõstmisele ja energiakulu vähendamisele.

      Põhivara ümberhindlus 31.12.2025 seisuga viidi läbi põhivara ümberhindlus vastavalt RTJ 5 „Põhivara“ juhendile. Ümberhindlus tehti varade turuväärtuse hindamise alusel ning selle tulemusel suurenes põhivara bilansiline väärtus kokku 18 364 euro võrra. Ümberhindluse tulemus kajastati omakapitali ümberhindluse reservis.

      4. Kahjumi katmine

      Osanike kirjaliku otsuse alusel kaeti osa eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kahjumist põhivara ümberhindluse reservist summas 46 240 eurot.

      Kahjumi katmine parandas ettevõtte omakapitali positsiooni ning vähendas negatiivset jaotamata kasumit.

      5. Finantstulemused

      Ettevõtte 2025. majandusaasta tulemuseks kujunes kahjum summas 43 853 eurot. Kahjumit mõjutasid peamiselt: tööjõukulude kasv, toorainehindade tõus, energiakulude suurenemine, amortisatsioonikulude maht seoses varasemate investeeringutega.

      Likviidsus jäi aasta lõpus pingeliseks, kuna lühiajalised kohustised olid kõrged ning varude maht väike. Ettevõte jätkas kohustiste regulaarset teenindamist ning tagas tegevuse järjepidevuse.

      6. Riskid ja väljakutsed aastal mõjutasid ettevõtte tegevust järgmised riskid: toorainehindade kõikumine ja tarnijate hinnatõusud, tööjõuturu pingeline olukord, hooajalisusest tingitud müügimahu kõikumised, kõrge põhivara amortisatsioonikoormus.

      Ettevõte jälgib aktiivselt kulude struktuuri ning otsib võimalusi efektiivsuse tõstmiseks.

      7. Järgmise perioodi plaanid majandusaastal keskendub ettevõte kasumlikkuse parandamisele ja omakapitali tugevdamisele. Peamised tegevussuunad on: tööjõukulude optimeerimine ja tööprotsesside ühtlustamine,
