      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Hawaii Express tegeleb peamiselt jalgrataste ja suusavarustuse jaemüügiga. Aruandeaastal sulgesime kaupluse Võrus. Aruandeassta lõpus oli ettevõttel kokku 5 kauplust ja lisaks ka e-pood.

      Tulu, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaasta jooksul moodustas OÜ Hawaii Expressi müügitulu 13 061 tuhat eurot.

      Võrreldes eelmise majandusaastaga kasvas müügitulu 6%. Müügitulust moodustas 98% kaupade jae- ja hulgimüük. Varustuse rent, hooldus ja remont moodustas müügitulust 2%. OÜ Hawaii Express brutokasumiks kujunes 3792 tuhat eurot, mis on 8% väiksem kui eelmisel aastal. Ettevõtte üldhaldus- ja turustuskulud kokku olid 3333 tuhat eurot, mis on 8% väiksemad kui eelmisel aastal. Ettevõte lõpetas majandusaasta kasumiga summas 245 tuhat eurot. Aasta varem oli kahjum 222 tuhat eurot.

      Valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Enamus tehingud väljaspool Eestit asuvate klientide ja tarnijatega toimuvad eurodes. Ligikaudu 10% arveldustest tarnijatega on alusvaluutaks USD. Siiani ei ole ettevõte pidanud oluliseks kasutada finantsinstrumente kindlustamaks ennast tekkida võivate valuutariskide vastu, kuid ei välista seda tulevikus. Ettevõtte laenude intressimäär on seotud EURIBORiga. Kuna ettevõtte laenud on lühiajalised, siis ei oma euribori muutus ettevõtte tulemustele olulist mõju.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeperioodil tehti materiaalsesse põhivarasse investeeringuid summas 60 tuhat eurot.
