      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Hansaliin põhitegevuseks on pakkuda klienditeenindusega seotud mehitusteenuseid reisilaevadel. OÜ Hansaliin töötajatega olid 2024.

      aastal mehitatud AS Tallink Grupp poolt opereeritavad reisilaevad liinidel Tallinn-Helsingi, Tallinn-Stockholm ja Paldiski-Kapellskär. Lisaks olid

      OÜ Hansaliin töötajad meeskonnale teeninduslikku tuge pakkumas laevadel Galaxy ning Silja Europa, millised on välja prahitud Hollandi valitsuse tellimusel.

      Teenusena pakume peamiselt klienditeeninduse juhtimist, teenindust restoranides, baarides ning kauplustes, toiduvalmistamis- ja koristus-puhastusteenust. OÜ Hansaliin poolt pakutavate teenuste maht on seotud eelkõige AS Tallink Grupp poolt opereeritavate laevade liinigraafikutest ning reisijate arvudest opereeritavatel liinidel.

      Aruandeperioodi keskmine töötajate arv oli 1 361 töötajat. Antud perioodil oli realiseerimise netokäive 42 214 119 eurot. Laevapere liikmete personalikulud olid 42 080 620 eurot ning kaldatöötajate personalikulud olid 65 275 eurot. Juhatuse liikmele töötasu ei arvestatud. Perioodi majandustegevusest tuleneva kasumi kogusummaks oli 6 eurot.

      Suhtarvude arvutamisel kasutatud valemid:

      Müügitulu muutus (%) = (müügitulu 2024 – müügitulu 2023)/ müügitulu 2023 * 100

      Brutokasumimäär (%) = brutokasum/müügitulu * 100

      Kasumi kasv (%) = (puhaskasum 2024 – puhaskasum 2023)/ puhaskasum 2023 * 100

      Lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja (kordades)=käibevara/ lühiajalised kohustused 2025. aastal on plaanis jätkata mehitusteenuse pakkumist reisilaevadel. Prognoosime mõõdukat teenusemahtude kasvamist. Siiski mõjutab reisimist negatiivselt jätkuvalt 24.02.2022 alanud sõjaline konflikt Ukrainas ja üldine majanduse madalseis.

      OÜ-l Hansaliin on vajadusel valmisolek kiirelt reageerida kontserni laevade teenindava personaliga mehitamise mahtude muutustele.
