Company Story

At STIVIS OÜ, we've been steering the course of efficient and reliable port operations since our inception in 1992. Nestled in the bustling hub of the Port of Muuga, Estonia's largest commercial port, our facilities span over 7 hectares of both open and enclosed storage areas, designed to accommodate a diverse range of cargo.

Our services are a testament to our versatility, catering to both Estonian shippers and transit clients. We handle an extensive array of bulk goods such as gravel, metal, coal, peat products, fertilizers, grain, timber, and sawn materials, as well as general cargo including goods in big-bags, on pallets, packaged items, and construction materials. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our ISO 9001:2015 certified management system, ensuring top-tier service quality.

In August 2019, we proudly became a part of the Baltic Maritime Logistics Group AS, joining forces with subsidiaries that boast over two decades of cargo handling experience in Paldiski South Port, Kunda Port, and Salacgriva Port in Latvia. Our continuous improvement ethos led to the renovation of storage areas and the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment like the Mantsinen 120M material handler and the Liebherr L566 wheel loader in 2020.

Our services extend to meticulous loading and unloading of vessels, utilizing quays with varying depths and lengths to accommodate different ship sizes. We offer flexible loading schemes from truck to storage area to ship, and vice versa, including rail transport options. Our rail branches at quays 5, 6, and 6A ensure seamless transfer of goods, underscoring our capability to handle your cargo with precision and care.

With our mission to offer comprehensive shipping, handling, and warehousing solutions, and our slogan, 'Navigating Your Success Across Land and Sea!', we invite you to experience the STIVIS OÜ difference. Trust us to be the compass that guides your cargo safely and efficiently to its destination.

Discover how our expertise in shipping, transport and courier services, warehouses, rail transport, and handling of goods can elevate your business. Connect with us today and let's chart a course for success together.
