Tegevusaruanne 2023

AS Kaltsiit jätkas 2023.aastal ehituskillustiku tootmist Otisaare karjääri lubjakivist ja müüki klientidele.

2023.aasta müügikäive oli 2 784 199 eurot.

2023.aasta puhaskasum oli 528 288 eurot.

Firma tegevuse ja arengu tagamiseks viidi ellu rida meetmeid, millest tähtsamad olid: 1. Vastavalt kaevandamise projektile jätkati mäetöid vaheldumisi ülemises astmes (kõrguste vahemikus 60-70 m) ja alumises astmes (kõrguste vahemikus 54,25-60 m).

2. Ettevõte jätkas katendi eemaldamist karjääri lõunaküljel ja karjääri piirkonnas, kus maavara on väljatud, nõlvade planeerimist vastavalt korrastusprojektile.

2023.aastal tehti investeeringuid 127 929 euro ulatuses. Investeeringuid kasutati tehnika uuendamiseks ja maa ostmiseks.

2023.aastal jätkatakse tegevust senisel tegevusalal. Jätkusuutlikkuse tagamiseks: 1. Jätkatakse mäetöid alumises astmes vaheldumisi mäetöödega ülemises astmes suunaga lõuna poole.

2024.aastal investeeringuid ei planeerita.

Killustiku müüki mõjutas 2023.a. nagu varemgi tarbimise hooajalisus, võrreldes 2022.aastaga meie tarbimispiirkonnas teedeehituse maht oli umbes sama ja ka käive oli samas suurusjärgus. 2024.a. käive on ilmselt samas suurusjärgus.
