      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Patendibüroo KÄOSAAR OÜ alustas oma tegevust 30. jaanuaril 1992. aastal. Patendibürool KÄOSAAR OÜ on kaks kontorit – üks Tartus ja teine Tallinnas. Põhitegevuseks on kohalike ja rahvusvaheliste klientide nõustamine kõikides intellektuaalse omandiga seonduvates küsimustes.

      Patendibüroo KÄOSAAR OÜ tegutseb kaubamärkide, leiutiste (patendid, kasulikud mudelid), disainide, geograafiliste tähiste, domeeninimede, autoriõiguse, ärinimede, ärisaladuse ja oskusteabe kaitse valdkondades.

      2025.aastal jätkas Patendibüroo KÄOSAAR OÜ oma põhitegevusega. Müügitulu suuruseks kujunes 899 tuhat eurot ning puhaskasumiks 33 tuhat eurot.

      Patendibüroo KÄOSAAR OÜ on mitme rahvusvahelise erialaliidu liige. Osalemine rahvusvaheliste erialaliitude tegevustes ning konverentsidel aitab luua kontakte välismaiste patendibüroodega ning toetab otseselt ettevõtte käibe kasvu. Lisaks väliskontaktidele teeme koostööd kohalike ettevõtetega. Arvestades, et Eesti ettevõtlus on suunatud peamiselt ekspordile, saame aidata kaasa muuhulgas kohalike ettevõtete intellektuaalse omandi kaitsele välisriikides. Muid spetsiaalseid arengu- ja uurimistegevusega kaasnevaid kulutusi aruandeaastal tehtud ei ole ja pole planeeritud ka edaspidiseks. Arengu tagamiseks peame tähtsaks ettevõtte head mainet, mille tagab kiiruse, korrektsuse ja kliendisõbralikkuse säilitamine ning edasiarendamine oma tööstiilis.

      Alljärgnevalt on esitatud mõned finantssuhtarvud Patendibüroo KÄOSAAR OÜ majandusnäitajate baasil aruandeaasta ja eelneva aasta kohta.
