      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      AS Agrovaru on asutatud 1992. aastal ja põhineb Eesti kapitalil.

      Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on Saksa firma Jungheinrich tõstukite, kaubariiulite ja muu laotehnika müük ja rent. Omame firma Jungheinrich ainuesindaja staatust Eestis.

      Lisaks müüme ja rendime Itaalia firma MultiOne minilaadureid ja nende lisaseadmeid, mis leiavad laialdast kasutust ehituses, põllumajanduses, haljastuses ning tänavahoolduses.

      Müügile ja rendile täiendavalt pakume klientidele tõstukite ja laadurite hoolduse- ja remonditeenust. Teenus on tagatud töökodadega Maardus ja

      Tartus ning mobiilsete hooldusbussidega üle Eesti.

      Müügitulu 2025. aastal oli 6 555 tuhat eurot (2024.a. oli 4 159 tuhat eurot), mille kasv võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga ca 57,6%.

      Puhaskasumit saadi 2025. aastal 560 tuhat eurot (2024.a. 402 tuhat eurot).

      Ettevõtte 2025. aasta puhaskasumit mõjutas jätkuv kuluteadlik ettevõtte juhtimine ja hea müügitöö tulemusena kauba müügimahu kasv.

      Suuremaid muudatusi personali koosseisus 2025. aastal ei toimunud. Ettevõttes oli aruandeaasta lõpu seisuga 19 palgalist töötajat. Juhatus jätkas ühe- ja nõukogu kolmeliikmelisena.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse eesmärk on tagada jätkusuutlik, vastutustundlik ja kasumlik majandustegevus. Selle saavutamiseks panustame turundus- ja müügitegevusse ning samuti järelteeninduse kvaliteedi tõstmisesse. Propageerime elektritõstukite eelistamist sisepõlemismootoriga tõstukitele ning seeläbi aitame kaasa keskkonna säästmisele.
