      Ettevõtte põhitegevusala

      Rain Transport AS põhitegevusala on Eesti-sisene kaubavedu maanteel. Rain Transport AS kuulub eraisikule.

      Peamised võtmenäitajad

      Ettevõtte müügikäive aastal 2023 oli 7 529 242 eurot. Aastatulemusena kujunes ettevõtte majandustegevuse kahjumiks 392 273 eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Ettevõtte investeeringute kogumaht 2023.a. oli 363 550 eurot, investeeriti peaasjalikult mootorsõidukitesse ja haagistesse.

      2023 aasta tegevus ja plaanid 2024 aastaks

      Aruandeaasta kahjum oli tingitud eelkõige järgnevatest asjaoludest: 1. 2022.a. koondas Rain Transport AS kaupade ekspedeerimisega seotud tegevused Rain Logistics OÜ-sse. 2023.a. võõrandas Rain

      Logistics OÜ kaupade transpordi, kaubaladude töö ja terminaliteenustega seotud äritegevuse. Kahjuks kaotasime selle tulemusena osa kliente, keda olid teenindanud nii Rain Transport AS kui Rain Logistics OÜ; 2. Kuna me väljusime terminaliteenuste ärist, siis olime sunnitud müüma Tartu terminali ja turusituatsioonist tingituna tegime seda alla jääkväärtuse; 3. Kolisime ümber oma kontori, mis varem asus Tartu terminalis ja see tõi kaasa täiendavaid kulusid; 4. Korrastasime bilanssi ja kandsime maha rea lootusetuid võlgnevusi.

      2023.a. käivitasime töökoja veokite ja haagiste remondiks ning hoolduseks. See on olnud positiivne kogemus ja kavatseme seda tegevust 2024.a. laiendada. Tegeleme 2024.a. aktiivselt uute klientide otsimisega, et taastada kaotatud müügimahud ja parandada kasumlikkust.

      Pöörame samuti jätkuvalt tähelepanu ärikulude kontrolli all hoidmisele.
