      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Maag Eesti AS on Baltimaade suurim lihatöötlemise ja -müügi ettevõte. Töötajate keskmine arv 2024. aastal oli 1 135 (2023. aastal 1 056).

      Pärast omanikuvahetust kuulub Maag Eesti AS alates 2023. aasta kolmandast kvartalist Maag Grupp AS kontserni. Maag Eesti emaettevõte on

      Maag Food OÜ. Maag Eesti asub ja on registreeritud Eestis, Lääne-Virumaal, Rakvere vallas, Roodevälja külas. Ettevõte tegutseb Eestis

      Rakvere ja Tabasalu tehaste kaudu. Ettevõtte tuntumad brändid on Rakvere ja Tallegg.

      2024. aastal müüs Maag Eesti AS broilerikasvatuse ja söödatootmise äritegevuse oma tütarettevõttele Maag Agro AS (endise nimega Rakvere

      Farmid AS). Seega koondus kogu algtootmine, sh söödatootmine Maag Agro AS’i eesmärgiga muuta väärtusahel efektiivsemaks. Tehingu käigus müüs Maag Eesti AS algtootmiseks vajalikud põhi- ja käibevarad, vajaliku know-how ning andis üle äritegevuseks vajalikud lepingud (sh töölepingud). Kogu sea- ja linnukasvatuse toodang müüakse lõpptoodete valmistamiseks Maag Eesti AS’ile.

      Maag Eesti AS’ile kuuluvad osalused:

      MAJANDUSTULEMUSED

      Müügitulu oli 2024. aastal 194 874 tuhat eurot, mis on 10 042 tuhat eurot väiksem kui 2023. aastal. Müügitulu kui ka kasumlikkuse muutust mõjutas peamiselt ettevõtte juhtkonna võetud strateegiline suund, mis on muude faktorite hulgas mõjutatud ka üldisest majanduskeskkonnast.

      Äritegevusest teenitud kasum on võrreldes 2023. aastaga paranenud, kuid oli 2024. aastal endiselt negatiivne tulenevalt kõrgetest sisendhindadest, sh tooraine ja energia.
