      EVEMAR AS tegevusaruanne 2023

      Üldiseloomustus

      EVEMAR AS on Eesti kapitalil loodud põllumajandusettevõte. Kasvatasime erinevaid tera- ja kaunvilju alates 20. jaanuarist 1993.a.

      24. veebruaril 2022 alustas Venemaa laialdast sõjalist rünnakut Ukrainale. Selle tulemusena on Euroopa Liidu, Ameerika Ühendriikide, Suurbritannia ja teiste riikide poolt kehtestatud mitmeid sanktsioone Venemaale ja Valgevenele. Hetkeolukord on ebakindel ja kiiresti muutuv, millest tulenevalt ei ole võimalik anda kvantitatiivseid hinnanguid võimaliku mõju kohta ettevõttele. Hinnad on tõusnud ja kättesaadavus on raskendatud.

      2023. aastal majandustegevust ei toimunud.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeperioodil ei ole tehtud investeeringuid materiaalsesse põhivarasse.

      Aruandeaastal osakapitalis muudatusi ei ole.

      Personal

      Osaühingu juhatus on üheliikmeline. 2023.aastal ei tasuti juhatusele tasu. Ettevõttel 2023 aastal ei olnud töötajad.

      Eesmärgid 2024 majandusaastaks

      Endiselt on plaanis müüa ettevõte.
