      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      OÜ Hedengren Eesti on väliskapitalil baseeruv juriidiliselt iseseisev osaühing, mis kuulub majanduslikult ühe osana kontserni Hedengren AB OY.

      AS Hedengren Eesti asutati 1993. a. eesmärgiga esindada ja toimida Eestis ning teistes

      Baltimaades maaletoojana kaupade ja toodete osas, mida toodavad ja tarnivad kontserni ettevõtted.

      Tegevuse põhirõhk on maailmas hästi tuntud kaubamärkidega toodete maaletoomine ning nende hulgimüügi korraldamine. Peamiselt on hangitud tooteid kontsernisiseselt, kuid Hedengren Eesti omab õigust hankida ka tooteid väljastpoolt kontserni ning sõlmida otselepinguid teiste valmistajate ja tarnijatega vastavalt oma vajadustele.

      ASHedengren Eesti tegutses kuni 2021 a suveni kahes valdkonnas: valgustite, kaablite ja muude elektrikaupade maaletoomise ja hulgimüügiga; (cid:127) turvaseadmete- ja süseemide maaletoomise, hulgimüügi, paigaldamise ja hooldamisega.

      Alates 2021 juulikuust muudeti AS Hedengren Eesti ärinimeks OÜ Hedengren Eesti ning alates samast perioodist on ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusalaks tehniliste turvaseadmete toodete ja süsteemide müük, paigaldus ja hooldus. Müüme peamiselt OY

      Hedengren Security AB poolt väljatöötatud ja toodetud süsteeme ja sellega kaasnevaid tooteid. Osaleme ka aktiivselt koos OY Hedengren Security AB vastava ala asjatundjatega uute toodete väljatöötamisel ja turundamisel. Lisaks oleme tarninnud kontsernis toodetud seadmeid/süsteeme ka Leedu ja Läti turule ning teostanud turvasüsteemide paigaldustöid Soomes.

      Valgustite ja kaablite müük liikus Hedengren Eestist kontserni tütarettevõttesse Hedtec ning antud toodete müügiga enam Hedengren Eesti OÜ otseselt ei tegele.

      Alates 2021 a. juulist tegutseb OÜ Hedengren Eesti uuel äripinnal aadressiga Rae vald, Peetri,

      Helgi tee 2.

      Ettevõtte nõukogu otsusega muutusid 2022 a sügisel osad OÜ Hedengren Eesti juhatuse liikmed.

      Käesoleval ajal on OÜ Hedengren Eesti juhatuse liikmeteks Marko Saar, Richard Winqwist ja Jan

      Herranen.

      OÜHedengren Eesti on Eesti Turvaettevõtete Liidu liige.

      OÜHedengren Eesti omab kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi sertifikaati ISO 9001:2015.

      2025 majandusaasta lõppes OÜ Hedengren Eestile 38963 eurose kahjumiga.

      Üritasime ka 2025 aastal siseneda erievatesse projektidesse äärmiselt ettevaatlikult, vältides riskantseid ja ettearvamatu kasumlikkusega projekte. Suutsime kontrolli all hoida jooksvaid kulusid.

      Jätkame endiselt meie püsiklientide teenindamist turvasüsteemide hooldamisel ning teostame väiksemaid ning kindlalt kasumlikke paigaldusprojekte.
