      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Fertil põhitegevuseks on klaasplastist keskkonnaseadmete ja reoveekäitlusseadmete tootmine ja müük.

      2024. aastal uurimistegevust ei toimunud.

      2025. aastaks kulusid uurimistegevusele ei planeerita. Arendustegevuse valdkonnas on jätkuvalt põhirõhk suunatud pumplate koosteosakonna arendamisele.

      Aastakeskmine töötajate arv 2024. aastal oli 8 inimest.

      Tööjõukulu koos sotsiaalmaksudega aruandeaastal oli 231 041 eurot.

      Juhatuse liikme tasu aruandeaastal kokku oli 1 150 eurot. Juhatuse liikmele ei ole antud laene ega väljastatud garantiisid.

      Nõudlus keskkonnaseadmete ja reoveekäitlusseadmete järele on pisut suurenenud, kuid samas on ka konkurents tihenenud.

      Osaühingu äri- ja majandustegevus on hooajaline ning tsüklilisus on seotud ehitustegevuse hooajalisuse ja tsüklilisusega, tootmistegevuses tuleb arvestada olulisemate keskkonnanõuetega.

      Enamus tehinguid välisriikidega toimub eurodes, mistõttu valuutakursu risk on madal.

      2024. aastal osaühing dividende ei maksnud.

      Ettevõtte juhtkond tegeleb aktiivselt müügitulu suurendamisega, et vähendada kahjumit.
