      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      AS Nordic Contractors (kontsern) on ehitus- ja kinnisvaraturul tegutsev ettevõte, mis pakub oma teenust läbi tütarettevõtete. Nordic Contractorsi tegevus on keskendunud juhtimis- ja analüüsialase toe andmisele nii läbi esindatuse tütarettevõtete nõukogudes kui ka tihedas suhtlemises ettevõtete tegevjuhtidega kontserni arengut ja investeeringuid puudutavates küsimustes.

      Olulisimate ettevõtetena kuuluvad Nordic Contractorsi konsolideerimisgruppi Nasdaq Tallinna börsi põhinimekirjas noteeritud Nordecon AS (endiste nimedega AS Nordecon International ja AS Eesti Ehitus) ning kinnisvaraarendusettevõtted AS Arealis (endise nimega AS Eurox) ja Arealis Holding AS. Läbi nende ettevõtete oleme ehituse ja kinnisvara valdkonnas olnud tegevad alates Eesti Ehituse asutamisest 1989. aastal. Tänaseks tegutseme aktiivselt Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis, olles võimelised katma kõiki olulisi ehitusturu segmente hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamisel ning kinnisvara arendusprojektidesse sisenemisel. Lisaks on AS Nordic Contractors teinud investeeringuid puhkemajandusse, omades 100%-list osalust Põhja-Eesti väikesadamas OÜ Lohusalu Sadam.

      Olulisemad muudatused Kontserni struktuuris

      Kaurits OÜ ühendamine Tariston AS-ga 2023. aasta aprilli algul otsustas Nordecon AS alustada kontserni kahe 100%lise tütarettevõtte, Tariston AS ja Kaurits

      OÜ, ühendamist. Mõlemad ettevõtted on pikaajaliselt ja edukalt tegutsenud taristuehituse valdkonnas. Ühendamise käigus viidi lõpule strateegiline plaan konsolideerida kontserni kõik taristuehituse ressursid, kompetentsid ja äritegevus ühte ettevõttesse. Ühinemine viidi juriidiliselt lõpule 07.07.2023 ning ühinemise bilansikuupäevaks oli 01.01.2023.

      Nordecon Betoon OÜ osaluse müük 29.11.2023 toimunud Nordecon AS aktsionäride erakorraline üldkoosolek otsustas võõrandada Nordecon AS-le kuuluva 52%lise osaluse Nordecon Betoon OÜ-s. Tehing viidi lõpule 2023. aasta detsembri algul. Nordecon Betoon

      OÜ osaluse võõrandamisega väljus Nordeconi kontsern kasumlikel tingimustel omajõududega tehtavate betoonitööde alltöövõtuturult ning keskendub edaspidi oma peamistele teenustele ehituse peatöövõtu ja projekteerimise juhtimise valdkonnas. Koos Nordecon Betoon OÜ müügiga väljus kontsern ka Soome turult, kus tegutseti Nordecon Betoon OÜ tütarettevõtte NOBE Rakennus OY kaudu. Müüdud ettevõtete, Nordecon Betoon OÜ ja NOBE Rakennus OY, tulud, kulud ning rahavoog kajastuvad kontserni tulemustes kuni 30.11.2023.a.
