      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      AS Nordic Contractors (kontsern) on ehitus- ja kinnisvaraturul tegutsev ettevõte, mis pakub oma teenust läbi tütarettevõtete. Nordic Contractorsi tegevus on keskendunud juhtimis- ja analüüsialase toe andmisele nii läbi esindatuse tütarettevõtete nõukogudes kui ka tihedas suhtlemises ettevõtete tegevjuhtidega kontserni arengut ja investeeringuid puudutavates küsimustes.

      Olulisimate ettevõtetena kuuluvad Nordic Contractorsi konsolideerimisgruppi Nasdaq Tallinna börsi põhinimekirjas noteeritud Nordecon AS (endiste nimedega AS Nordecon International ja AS Eesti Ehitus). Läbi selle ettevõtte oleme ehituse valdkonnas olnud tegevad alates Eesti Ehituse asutamisest 1989. aastal. Tänaseks tegutseme Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis, olles võimelised katma kõiki olulisi ehitusturu segmente hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamisel. Kinnisvara arenduse kompetents on tänaseks koondatud emaettevõttesse. Lisaks on AS Nordic Contractors teinud investeeringuid puhkemajandusse, omades 100%-list osalust Põhja-Eesti väikesadamas OÜ Lohusalu Sadam.

      Olulisemad muudatused Kontserni struktuuris

      Arealis AS, Arealis Holding AS, Nordic Contractors Finance and Leasing AS ja Tehnopolis Holding OÜ ühendamine Nordic Contractors AS-ga 2024. aasta oktoobris otsustas Nordic Contractors AS alustada kontserni nelja tütarettevõtte, Arealis AS, Arealis

      Holding AS, Nordic Contractors Finance and Leasing ja Tehnopolis Holding OÜ ühendamist. Ühendamise käigus viidi lõpule strateegiline plaan konsolideerida kõik nende firmade ressursid, kompetentsid ja äritegevus ühte ettevõttesse.

      Ühinemine viidi juriidiliselt lõpule 02.01.2025 ning ühinemise bilansikuupäevaks oli 01.10.2024.

      AS Nordic Contractors kontserni kuuluvad olulisemad tütarettevõtted seisuga 31.12.2024 ▪ Nordecon AS (52,53%) o Tariston AS (100%) o Eurocon Ukraine TOV OÜ (100%) o SweNCN AB (100%) o Embach Ehitus (51%) ▪ AS ECE European City Estates (100%) ▪ OÜ Lohusalu Sadam (100%) ▪ OÜ Arealis Kinnisvara (100%) ▪ UAB Arealis (99,9%) ▪ UAB Tehnopolis LT (100%) ▪ OÜ Nordic Contractors Holding (100%) ▪ Nordic Contractors Asset Management AS (100%) ▪ AS Aeronautica (77,5%)

      Nordecon AS on ehituse peatöövõtule ja projektijuhtimisele keskendunud kontsern, olles tegev nii ehituse peatöövõtu ja projektijuhtimise valdkonnas, kui ka ehitades keskkonnarajatisi ning teid ja teostades viimaste hooldust.

      Välisturgudel tegutseb kontsern lisaks läbi kohalike ettevõtete Eurocon Ukraine TOV Ukrainas ja SweNCN AB

      Rootsis.

      Nordecon AS aktsiad on alates 18.05.2006 noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna börsi põhinimekirjas.

      AS ECE European City Estates tegeleb Tallinna kesklinnas bürookinnisvara arendustegevuse ja haldamisega.

      OÜ Lohusalu Sadam tegeleb sadamateenuste osutamise, s.h. kaikohtade rendiga ja vedelkütuse müügiga.
