      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      31.12.2024 seisuga kuulub Selveri ketti 73 Selveri, 2 Delice kauplust, Kadaka Kohvik, Hiiumaa rändpood kokku müügipinnaga 124,8 tuhat m² ning e-Selver.

      Pakume Eesti kõikides maakondades esindatud kauplustega ja üle-eestilise kojukandega e-Selverist oma klientidele parimat toidukaupade ja igapäevaselt tarvilikku esmatarbekaupade valikut.

      Jaekaubanduskeskkond ja konkurentsiolukord

      Jaekaubanduses oli 2024. aasta kõikidele segmentidele jätkuvalt keeruline aasta. Hinnakasv aeglustus, kuid tarbijate ostujõud püsis madal, jätkunud majanduslangus hoidis madalal tarbijate kindlustunnet. Tarbimist iseloomustab igapäevaselt vähemoluliste toodete ostuotsuste edasi lükkamine kaugemasse tulevikku ja soodsama hinnakuvandiga, kampaaniatoodete oluliselt suurem eelistamine. Statistikaameti andmetel oli Eesti jaekaubandusettevõtete 2024.

      aasta müük (va mootorsõidukid) 10,4 miljardit eurot, vähenedes jooksevhindades võrreldes 2023. aastaga -0,9%.

      Hinnad kallinesid 2024. aastal 3,5%, seejuures toidukaubad ja mittealkohoolsed joogid 3,2% võrra ja tubakas, alkohol kallinesid 6,8% võrra.

      Supermarketite segmendi tulemusi kajastav spetsialiseerimata kaupluste (ülekaalus toidukaubad, tubakatooted ja alkohol) turusegmendi 2024. aasta käive jooksevhindades kasvas 0,8%. Segmendi mahuline müük püsis kolmandat aastat languses, vähenedes 2024. aastal võrreldes 2023. aastaga keskmiselt 2,8%. Viis suurema müügituluga jaeketti spetsialiseerimata kaupluste turusegmendis on Coop, Selver, Maxima, Rimi ja Grossi toidukaubad.

      Majandustulemused

      Selver AS 2024. aasta müügitulu oli 620,8 miljonit eurot, vähenedes aasta varasema perioodiga -1,1%. Selveri kauplustest tehti 2024. aastal 44,4 miljonit ostu, mis ületas eelmise aasta ostude arvu 0,4% võrra.

      2024. aasta Selver AS müügitulu kasv oli turusegmendist aeglasem, kuid mahajäämus oli 2023. aastast väiksem.

      Selveri müügitulu mõjutasid 2023. aastal kahe kaupluse sulgemine, 3 kaupluse ajutine sulgemine renoveerimiseks, 2024 II PA kahe uue kaupluse avamine. 2024. aasta lõpu seisuga on Selver AS turuosa spetsialiseerimata kaupluste (ülekaalus toidukabad, tubakas, alkohol) 16,6%, millega oleme suuruselt teisel positsioonil.

      Selver AS 2024. aasta maksueelne puhaskasum oli 14,4 miljonit eurot, vähenedes võrrelduna eelmise aastaga 4,0 miljoni euro võrra. 2024. aasta kasumit mõjutab eelkõige vähenenud kaupade läbimüük ja kaupade müügist teenitud brutokasumi vähenemine, mis on tingitud tegevustest hinnakuvandiga ja kampaaniatoodete osakaalu suurenemisest ostukorvis. 2024. aastal kallinesid pea kõikide teenuste ja materjalide hinnad, vaatamata sellele on rakendatud kokkuhoiumeetmete tulemusena suudetud keerukas majandussituatsioonis tegevuskulude kasv hoida +3% tasemel.

      Jätkuva tööprotsesside efektiivistamise tulemusena on tööjõukulud püsinud eelmise aasta tasemel.
