      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Kaubapalli tegeleb riiete jae- ja hulgikaubandusega. Jaekaubanduse osakaal moodustab 80% firma kogukäibest. Lõppenud majandusaasta tulemuse määras suurel määral sisendhindade kallinemine. Rendikulud tõusid 25% , erinevad kululiigid ca 20% ning palgakulud 18%, samuti kallines sisseostetav kaup. Kogu seda üldist inflatsiooni ning hinnatõusu ei olnud võimalik hindadesse ja käibesse üle viia. Tarbijatel on meie poodi tulles soodsa hinna ootus ning seetõttu on hindade tõstmine väga tundlik teema.

      Lõppenud aasta edukas projekt oli Mustamäe Keskuse kaupluse laiendus.

      Tallinna kaubanduskeskuste suunal on tähelepanu ka jätkuvalt, et leida uusi võimalusi. Poodide arengut silmas pidades on plaanis sortimenti laiendada uute kaubagruppide näol, et tõsta poodide atraktiivsust noorema ostjaskonna seas.
