      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Flexoil on asutatud 1998 aastal Pärnus, kus asub käesoleva ajani firma peakontor ja müügiesindus. Aastate jooksul on firma tegevusgeograafia laienenud ning müügiesindused asuvad nüüd Pärnus, Raplas, Tallinnas, Rakveres, Tartus, Maardus, Viljandis,

      Kuressaares ja Võrus. Pakendamine ja keskladu asub Tartu vallas Kärkna külas.

      2023 aastal jätkus senine majandustegevus, mis seisneb õlide, määrdeainete ning tehniliste vedelike jae- ja hulgimüügis erinevatele ettevõtetele (põllumajandus-, transpordi-, tööstusettevõtted, laevad).

      Majandustegevuses pöörab Flexoil OÜ suurt tähelepanu toodete kvaliteedile ja oma tegevuse keskkonnamõju minimeerimisele. Alates 2016 aastast vastab ettevõte tegevus kvaliteedijuhtimissüsteemi standardile ISO 9001:2015 ja keskkonnajuhtimissüsteemi standardile

      ISO 14001:2015.

      Ettevõtte majandustegevus jaguneb võrdselt majandusaasta kogu perioodile, puudub oluline tsüklilisus ja hooajalisus. Tehingud välistarnijate ja -klientidega toimuvad olulises osas eurodes, mistõttu on valuutakursi risk piiratud. Plaanime vähendada ettevõtte laenukoormust makstes tagasi pangalaenu.

      2024. majandusaastal on plaanis jätkata majandustegevust samadel tegevusaladel. Põhiliseks eesmärgiks on jätkuvalt laiendada klientuuri ja suurendada müügimahtusid Euroopa Liidus. Arendame edasi e-poodi,et suurendada seal müüki. Moderniseerime oma tootmisseadmeid ja alustame uue liini peal pehmesse pakki oma toodete villimist ja turustamist.
