      Sissejuhatus

      Ettevõte loodi 2002. aastal, peamine tegevusala oli toitlustamine. Alates 2009. aastast tegeles ettevõtte kalatooraine ostu ja müügiga ning alates aastast 2024 loobuti ka sellest tegevusest.

      Käive, kahjum

      Vichiunai Nordic AS realiseerimise netokäive aruande aastal oli 7 tuhat eurot (2024: 17 tuhat eurot) ja tulem -9 216 tuhat eurot (2023: -438 tuhat eurot). Peamiseks kahjumi põhjustajaks olid finantskulud, mis saadud osaluse müügist Ukraina tütarettevõttes

      AS Vichiunai Nordic-us aruandeaastal töötajaid ei olnud (2023:0).

      Ettevõtte juhatus on kolmeliikmeline, juhatusele töötasu aruandeaastal ei makstud. Nõukogu liikmetele töötasu ei makstud. Juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.

      Jätkuvus

      AS Vichiunai Nordic netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõuetele. Praeguse olukorra hinnangu baasil on kavas alustada likvideerimisprotsessiga.
