      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      OÜ Saaremaa DeliFood põhitegevuseks on piimatoodete tootmine ning müük. Jaevõrku toodetakse kohukesi, jogurteid, hapukoort, toorjuustu.

      Suurköökidele pakutakse pagarikohupiima, toorjuustu, maitsestamata jogurtit ja hapukoort.

      Ettevõttele on omistatud toiduohutuse juhtimissüsteemi serifikaat BRC grade AA ning mahepõllumajandusliku toote valmistamise tunnustus.

      Olulisemad sündmused 2024. aastal

      Suurimaks investeeringuks oli päikesepargi valmimine. Kasvas toodete eksport (2024. aastal ca 59%, 2023. aastal ca 56%). Saaremaa

      DeliFoodil on arvestatav turuosa kõigis Eesti jaekettides.

      Aruandeaastal suurenes ettevõtte kahjum (2024. aasta kahjum -208,0 tuhat eurot, 2023. aasta kahjum -22,9 tuhat eurot). Kasumilikkust vähendas põhitoorainete piima ja koore hinnatõus, mida ei olnud võimalik täies mahus toodangu hinda üle kanda.Tarbijatele avaldasid negatiivset mõju ostujõu vähenemine ning Ukraina sõjast tingitud ebakindlus.

      OÜ Saaremaa DeliFood tegevusega ei kaasne olulisi keskkonna ega sotsiaalseid mõjusid. Ettevõtte äritegevuses ei esine hooajalisust ega tsüklilisust. Majandusaasta jooksul ega aruande koostamisperioodil ei ole ilmnenud valuutakurssidega seonduvaid riske.

      Majandustulemused

      Ettevõtte müügitulu oli üle 8 miljoni euro, mis on ca 13% suurem möödunud aasta müügist 7,1 miljonit eurot. Brutokasum oli 1019,7 tuhat eurot (2023. aastal 1199,8 tuhat eurot). Brutorentaablus vähenes võrreldes 2023. aastaga ca 4% võrra (2024. aastal oli brutorentaablus 12,64%, 2023. aastal 16,82%).
