      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Majandusaastal jätkas ettevõte investeerimist kinnisvarasse. Ettevõte soetas aruandeperioodil kinnistu Tallinnas, kinnisvarainvesteeringuna soetatud objektid on suuremas osas välja renditud pikaajaliste rendilepingutega.

      2023/2024 majandusaasta kahjumiks kujunes 161 tuh. eurot.

      Ettevõte plaanib ka edaspidiselt jätkata investeerimist kinnisvarasse, mida pikema perioodi jooksul välja arendada ja/või sobival pakkumise saamisel realiseerida.

      Mariküla Arenduse OÜ põhilised finantssuhtarvud olid aruandeperioodi lõppedes järgmised:
