In the fiscal year, the company continued to invest in real estate. The company acquired several properties in Rae parish and also commercial space in Pärnu city during the reporting period, which are mostly rented out with a long-term lease agreement.

During the reporting period, a loan of 750 thousand euros was received from the owner, which was also repaid. In addition, a previously borrowed loan of 100 thousand euros was repaid to the owner company with interest.

The profit for the 2022/2023 fiscal year amounted to 1.9 million euros, which was obtained from the sale of previously acquired properties.

The company plans to continue investing in real estate in the future, which will be developed over a longer period and/or realized upon receiving a suitable offer.
