Markland Trade OÜ was involved in the construction and installation of pipe systems in shipbuilding in 2022. We comply with the environmental requirements set by the client and the law on our sites.

In 2022, we were looking for new partners. Several projects were started, which will increase production volumes in the coming years. As shipyards have orders until 2027, the general business environment is favorable for the company and according to forecasts, the near future market should positively affect our company's economic growth. Therefore, we will continue in the same field of activity and in the same markets in 2023.

Markland Trade OÜ started the construction of a new factory based on a building rights agreement in 2023. Due to the lack of suitable financing options, the building rights agreement was terminated and a long-term lease agreement was concluded. The planned completion time of the pipe factory is in 2024 and then production will be transferred to the new production building in Kiili.
