Our company is active in forestry and timber trade, offering local and practical solutions to forest owners and industrial partners. We have focused on ensuring that the forest has a clear value and makes it easier for the owner to make decisions that meet his needs and future plans.

Many forest owners face difficulties related to evaluation, sale or maintenance: there are no buyers or the necessary know-how to organise logging, documentation and land work. Those who cut the forest themselves also need a reliable market for their material. The resulting needs reduce the ability of owners to make optimal use of their assets.

Our role is to be a partner that offers both purchasing opportunities and practical care and support. This means that we will learn the circumstances of each work and offer solutions that facilitate the transfer of ownership, the disposal of material or the organisation of forest management. In addition, we help to get the documents related to evaluation, forest management plans and surveying done so that decisions are informed and feasible.

We differ from local experience and practical approach: When operating in Saaremaa since 2002, we combine purchasing capacity and forest engineering skills and work with stable buyers from the Nordic industry. We are ready to deal with objects of different backgrounds, including partially cut or pledged properties, and we are trying to reduce the administrative burden on owners by maintaining forest productivity and allowing sustainable management.
