      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Denveiss on 2002. aastal erakapitalil loodud ettevõte, mis pakub sellised teenused nagu arvutite parandus, arvutite, seadmete ja tarkvara jaemüük ja alates 2020.aastast tegeleb ka muu vedel- ja gaaskütuse hulgimüügiga. Sama tegevus jätkub 2025. aastal. Aruandeaastal aastal investeeringuid põhivarasse ei olnud. 2025 aastal suuremaid investeeringuid ei planeerita. 2024 aastal on ettevõtet juhtinud kaheliikmeline juhatus (2023: 2) kes osaleb aktiivselt ettevõtte igapäevases äritegevuses ja omab kindlaid funktsioone. 2024. aastal juhatuse liikmele arvestatud tasu moodustas 9 765 eur (2023: 9 000 eur).

      Aruandeaastal kujunes ettevõtte majandustulemus kahjumlikuks, mille tulemusel ei vasta netovara äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele. Juhatus on teadlik olukorrast ning asunud hindama erinevaid võimalusi netovara suurendamiseks, sealhulgas: - täiendavate tulude teenindamise võimalused; - vajadusel omanikepoolse täiendava sissemakse kaalumine.

      Raamatupidamise aastaaaruanne on koostatud lähtudes tegevuse jätkuvuse printsiibist.
