      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      31.08.2023.a sõlmiti jagunemisleping, mille alusel toimus jagunemine (eraldumise teel). Jagunev ettevõtte oli tütarettevõte Heelix Grupp AS ja omandav ettevõte oli emaettevõte EMK Varahalduse OÜ.

      Vastavalt jagunemislepingust tulenevalt viidi vara üleandmine emaettevõttele lõpule 2024 majandusaastal.

      Ettevõttel 2024 majandusaastal müügitulu oli 990 eurot, ettevõttes töötas alates novembrist 2024.a osalise tööajaga üks töötaja. Majandusaasta kasum 2024 aastal oli 120 473 eurot.

      Juhatuse liikmetele tasu ei makstud ning soodustusi ei tehtud. Juhatuse liikmetele nende volituste lõppemisel hüvitisi ei maksta.

      Ettevõtte juhtkond on seisukohal, et EMK Varahalduse OÜ tegevus on jätkusuutlik.
