      2005. aastal asutatud KLICK EESTI AS on tuttav küll vast kõigile. Vähemalt selle poed peaks olema. Kes siis poleks käinud sealt vähemalt korra endale mingit elektroonilist jubinat või IT tarvikut hankimas? Seega tasub vast teada, et ettevõtte omanike hulgas on toimunud väikesed muudatused.

      Sündmused leidsid aset 2018. a esimese kvartali lõpus, mille jooksul ettevõte tegi igati arvestatavad 10,6 miljonit eurot käivet. Maagiliseks kuupäevaks on käesoleva aasta 23. märts, mil ettevõtte omanikeringis olnud DIGI INVEST OÜ ühines KLICK EESTI AS-iga. DIGI INVEST OÜ asemel on aga KLICK EESTI AS-il kaks uut omanikku -  FRAM EESTI OÜ ja KAMEKO OÜ. Mõlemale ettevõttele kuulub 13.25% osalus. FRAM EESTI OÜ kuulub Marko Kalvele ning KAMEKO OÜ kuulub Kaire Koikile. Mõlemad on KLICK EESTI AS-i juhatuse liikmed ning mõlemad olid ka ühinenud DIGI INVEST OÜ juhatuses.

      Paistab, et kuigi juriidiliselt on 126 töötajaga firmas leidnud aset omanike vahetus, ei ole ettevõtte juhtkonnas muudatusi toimunud. Pigem on osalus juhtide vahel ära jaotatud ning loodetavasti sünnib uuest duaalsusest sünergia, mitte vastasseis.
