We help customers who are directly involved with customers to achieve better results using the available resources. We work with project-based counselling and customized training to make daily work clearer, more measurable and more effective.
Many organisations face growing sales targets without additional resources, uncertain strategy, fragmented processes and weak measurement. In addition, general and targeted learning activities reduce the impact of training, and the introduction of changes at all levels is often in progress. These bottlenecks limit the potential of both sales and services.
Our work focuses on systematic situation mapping and the creation of solutions based on it: we identify the main obstacles, sharpen the focus and help to create workflows, metrics and motivating systems. In addition, we develop practical tools and tailored learning programmes and support the introduction of changes so that new solutions start working in everyday activities; we also use the learning-supporting simulations that we have developed with our partners.
What we make particularly important for our customers is an integrated approach that combines counselling and training into practical, results-oriented activities. Our solutions are based on analysis and real work practice, they can be implemented in several languages and in a wider region, and we work closely with our customers during the processes to achieve measurable results.
