      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Innopolis Insenerid OÜ on 2007. aastal tegevust alustanud arhitekti- ja inseneribüroo, mis keskendub hoonete projekteerimise täisteenuslahendustele Eestis, Põhjamaades ja Ida-Euroopas. Oma rohkem kui 15 tegevusaasta jooksul on ettevõte kasvanud üheks Eesti suurimaks projektbürooks ja heaks partneriks kaasaegsete, energiatõhusate ning jätkusuutlike hoonete rajamisel.

      2025. aastal jätkas ettevõttele mõju avaldamist kõrge inflatsiooni taandumine ja Euribori mõistlikul tasemel stabiliseerumine ning sellega seotud äri- ja elukondliku kinnisvaraarenduse aktiivsuse kasv.

      Täiendavat mõju avaldas avaliku sektori tellimuste stabiliseerumine madalal, kuid siiski majandustegevust toetaval tasemel. Tegevusvaldkond jääb siiski keerukaks seoses projekteerimisteenuse üldise alahinnatusega Eestis, samuti jätkub surve palgakasvuks.

      Ettevõtte tasandil mõjutas 2025. aasta tulemusi positiivselt Ukraina partneritega koostöö läbi ettevõtte ІННОПОЛІС СТРАКЧУРАЛ ІНЖИНІРИНГ ТОВ, mis töötab Lvivis frantsiisilepingu alusel.

      Tulenevalt paranenud majanduskeskkonna tingimustest suutis ettevõtte 2025. aastal müügitulu kasvatada ning lõpetada majandusaasta kasumiga. Ettevõtte juhtkond näeb, et 2026. aastal ettevõte tasandi positiivsed mõjud jätkuvad ning süvenevad. Juhtkond hindab ettevõtte 2025. aasta majandustulemused heaks.
