      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ Tugev Panus on registreeritud Äriregistris 24.05.2007.a.

      Osaühingu põhitegevuseks on Hoonestusprojektide arendus ja nendega seotud investeeringute haldamine.

      2023.a. osales OÜ Tugev Panus Saaremaa Vallavalitsuse poolt korraldatud konkursil Lehe 5 Kodu OÜ vähemusosaluse (49%) müügiks, tegi konkursi parima pakkumise ja sõlmis Saaremaa Vallavalitsusega lepingu antud osaluse omandamiseks ning Lehe 5 Kodu OÜ poolt arendatava korterelamu arendamiseks.

      2023.a. majandusaastal osaühingul töötajaid ei olnud ja osaühingu juhatuse liikmetele töötasu ei makstud.

      2024. aastal jätkab ettevõte Lehe 5 Kodu OÜ poolt arendatava elamu projekteerimise, ehitushanke korraldamise ja haldamisega.
