      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      2023 aastal oli realiseerimise netokäive 3 825 704 EUR. Realiseerimise netokäive tekkis suuremas osas väljaehitatud korterite müügist.

      Ettevõtte kahjum 2023. aastal oli 42 667 EUR.

      2023.aastal töötas ettevõttes 7 töötajat. 2023. aastal moodustasid ettevõtte tööjõukulud koos sotsiaalmaksudega 75 949 EUR. Juhatusele sai väljamakstud töötasudena 11 508 EUR.

      OÜ Heinzbau eesmärgiks järgnevatel aastatel on ehitusmahu säilitamine olemasoleval tasemel või mõõdukas tõus.

      Keskendume oma tegevuses eelkõige ehitusjuhtimise kvaliteedi tõstmisele ning tellijatele parimate ja optimaalsemate lahenduste leidmisele.

      Planeerime jätkata arendustegevust kinnisvara turul. Selleks on soetatud mitmeid potentsiaalseid kinnistuid.

      Arendustegevuse otsustes lähtume olemasolevast turu olukorrast ja tasuvusanalüüsidest.

      Aruandeaastal toimus ühinemise seotud ettevõttega Ropkajärve OÜ-ga. Ühinemise eesmärgiks oli ettevõtete sruktuuri korrastamine. Juhatuse hinnangul majanduslik mõju ebaoluline.

      Aruandeaastal tühistati varem välja kuulutatud didvidendid, et tagada ettevõttele parem likviidsus.

      Jätkuvalt teostame ka erinevaid kinnisvara-alaseid turu-uuringuid võimalike investeerinute tegemiseks nii Eestis kui muudes riikides.
