      Sissejuhatus

      Osaühing Riegler Grupp on kasumit taotlev ettevõte, mis alustas tegevust 2008.a. Ettevõtte tegevusaladeks on kinnisvara haldamine tasu eest ja mitmesuguste puhastusteenuste osutamine Eesti Vabariigis. Ettevõtte põhitegevusala on seadmete ja masinate renditeenus.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum 2024.aastal moodustas OÜ Riegler Grupp müügitulu 106 tuh eurot (2023.aastal 99 tuh eurot).

      OÜ Riegler Grupp ärikasumiks kujunes 15 tuh eurot (2023.aastal 4 tuh eurot).

      Tegevus-, valuutakursside ja intressimäärade muutumise risk

      Ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkuse säilitamiseks oleme seadnud prioriteediks kulude kokkuhoiu ja efektiivsuse tõusu.

      Tehingud tarnijate ja klientidega toimuvad eurodes, mistõttu on valuutakursi risk madal.

      Investeeringud

      Järgmisel aastal olulisi investeeringuid põhivaradesse teha ei ole planeeritud.

      Personal 2024.aastal ettevõttes töölepingulisi töötajaid ei olnud.

      Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmetele maksti 2024.aastal juhatuse liikme tasudena 12 tuh eurot (2023.aastal 10 tuh eurot). Juhatuse liikmetele nendega lepingu lõpetamise korral hüvitist ei maksta.
