      Tegevusaruanne1. Üldinfo ettevõtte tegevuse kohta

      Toiduakadeemia OÜ on 2008. aastal asutatud ettevõte, mille põhitegevus on meelelahutuslike toidukoolituste ja töötubade korraldamine.

      Ettevõte tegutseb Tallinnas, aadressil Lootsi 8, kus asuvad nii kontor kui ka koolitusköök. Suvisel perioodil korraldatakse üritusi Eesti

      Vabaõhumuuseumi territooriumil asuvas Toiduakadeemia Suveresidentsis.

      2. Olulisemad arengud ja sündmused 2024. aastal 2024. aastal keskenduti tööprotsesside paremale korraldamisele. Aasta jooksul alustati tooraine tellimissüsteemi ülesehitamist, mille eesmärk on parandada ostude planeerimist ja igapäevast varude haldust. Samuti korrastati nõude ja köögitarvikute süsteem, et tagada selgem ülevaade olemasolevatest vahenditest ja lihtsustada igapäevast töökorraldust.

      Aruandeaastal valmis ka Toiduakadeemia uus koduleht, mille eesmärk oli parandada kasutajakogemust, lihtsustada registreerumisprotsessi ning tõsta veebis nähtavust ja brändi usaldusväärsust.

      Ettevõtte töötajate arv kasvas 7-lt 8-le täistööajale taandatud töötajale, peegeldades organisatsiooni kasvuambitsioone.

      3. Müügitulu ja majandustulemused

      Ettevõtte 2024. aasta müügitulu oli 828 449 eurot, mis jäi 2023. aasta tasemest 4,2% madalamaks. Äritegevusest teeniti minimaalne ärikasum 595 eurot ning aasta lõpetati 5 995 euro suuruse kahjumiga.

      Tööjõukulud kujunesid suurimaks kuluartikliks, ulatudes 304 923 euroni, mis on 49,9% rohkem kui eelneval aastal.

      Kasumlikkuse vähenemise peamised põhjused olid järgmised: 2023. aasta lõpus ja 2024. aasta esimeses pooles laiendati tööjõustruktuuri, et tugevdada ettevõtte turundus- ja tootearenduse suunda ning suurendada tulubaasi.

      Kuigi tegemist oli strateegilise sammuga, ei avaldunud soovitud tulukasv aruandeaasta jooksul.

      Aasta teises pooles korrigeeriti vastavalt majandustulemustele personalikoosseisu ja vähendati tööjõuga seotud püsikulusid.

      Ettevõtte juhtimisstruktuuri arenguna hakati 2024. aastal rakendama teenustasude põhimõtet juhatuse liikmetega seotud ettevõtetelt tellitud juhtimis- ja konsultatsioonitööde eest, mida varasemalt tehti ilma tasuta.

      See muutus tõi kaasa seotud osapooltelt ostetud teenuste mahu kasvu, kuid aitab kaasa juhtimise professionaalsusele, rollijaotuse selgusele ning tegevuse pikaajalisele jätkusuutlikkusele.
