Forestex Tartu OÜ was established on December 4, 2008. The main activity is the purchase and sale of forest material. We offer forest logging and forest material transportation services. The company employed 5 workers during the fiscal year.

Forestex Tartu OÜ owns a 100% stake in the subsidiary Forestex OÜ and a 60% stake in the subsidiary Toidusõda OÜ. Forestex Tartu OÜ is also associated with Walcar OÜ with a 20% stake.

According to the Accounting Act § 29 lg 4, Forestex Tartu OÜ is not required to prepare consolidated reports. In 2023, we will continue to work with existing clients and suppliers in our main areas of activity.

The preparation of this annual accounting report is based on the assumption that the company will continue to operate and we have no intention or need to cease operations. In 2023, there is a war in Ukraine, which does not have a significant impact on the continuity of our company.
