      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024 a oli Maxi Puit OÜ põhitegevuseks oli jätkuvalt metsandus , eelkõige metsandust abistavad tegevused, nagu võsa- ja metsaraie. Teenuse osutamiseks kasutati suuresti alltöövõtuteenuseid. Paigaldati päikesesüsteem ja vähesel määral saadi tulu ka elektri müügist, summas 2022,99 euri.

      2024.aasta realiseerimise netokäive oli 162301,41(2023.a:517926)€ , käive vähenes võrreldes 2023.a ligikaudu 68,7%.

      Suurimateks kuludeks olid alltöövõtu- , lähetus- ja tööjõukulud. Kulude detailne jaotus on lahtikirjutatud aruande lisades.

      Majandusaasta tegevus oli kasumlik, lõpetati 3308,34 eurose puhaskasumiga.

      Põhivara kulumit arvestatakse lineaarselt.

      Dividende jaotati ja maksti eelmiste perioodide kasumilt 4496,68 eurot.

      Ettevõttes töötas kaks töölepingulises suhtes töötajat, kellest üks on juhatuse liige.

      Maxi Puit OÜ juhatus on üheliikmeline. Juhatuse liikmele arvestati töötasu 9559,21€.

      2025 a on kavas jätkata metsandusalase tegevusega, teha aktiivsemat koostööd samade koostööpartneritega, samuti ollakse valmis uuteks projektideks, et tagada ettevõttele järjepidev ja kasumlik majandustegevus.
