      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      OÜ COMPLETEC (edaspidi Ettevõte) asutati 2011. aastal. Perioodil 2011-2016 tegeles ettevõte peamiselt reisijateveo, konsultatsiooniteenuste ja raudteeseadmete müügiga. 2016. aastal omandas Ettevõte 99 protsenti GetJet Airlines UAB aktsiatest, mille põhitegevusalaks on kommertslennud. GetJet Airlines UAB aktsiad müüdi 2019. aastal ostuhinnaga võrdse hinnaga. Koos sellega on Ettevõte teinud Aviatic MRO

      UAB-sse täiendava kapitali sissemakse summas 499 tuhat eurot.

      Ettevõte ei kasuta tuletisinstrumente välisvaluutariski, intressimäärade või börsikursside maandamiseks, kuna ei pea seda praeguse tegevustaseme juures vajalikuks.

      2024. aasta jooksul plaanib ettevõte oma tegevust suurendada.
