      VEGESTAR OÜ tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      OÜ Vegestar on asutatud 14. novembril 2011. aastal. Asutamisel kandis Osaühing nime Petrotech Estonia. 2020. aastal otsustas juhatus, seoses ettevõtte tegevusala muudatusega, muuta ka ettevõtte nime ning novembrist 2020 on ettevõtte nimi OÜ Vegestar.

      Majandusasta algab 01. jaanuari ja lõpeb 31. detsembril.

      Põhitegevuseks on taimsest valgust toiduainete arendamine ja tootmine.

      2023.aastal tõi ettevõte jae- ja horeca-turule Eesti esimese taimevalgust lihaalternatiivi ning alustas uue tootmisüksuse ehitamist.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Majandusaastal OÜ Vegestar müügitulud olid 605 002 eurot

      Majandusaasta lõpetati 1549 eurose kasumiga.

      Bilansimaht seisuga 31. detsember 2024 oli 1285 600 eurot (2023.aastal 907 9041 EUR).

      Personal

      Osaühingul oli 2024.aasta lõpus 8 töötajat.
