Tegevusaruanne 2024

Radiustech OÜ on eraettevõtte, mis tegeleb üritusturunduse, kogemusturunduse, suurürituste korraldamise, valgus-, heli-, video-, lava-, ülekandetehnika ja dekoratsioonide rendi ning paigaldamisega; erinevate kujunduslahenduste (telesaated, filmid, reklaamlahendused, messiboksid, esinduslahendused) disaini ja teostusega ning erinevate turundus- ja meelelahutusvaldkonna tehniliste- ja loovlahenduste pakkumisega.

Radiustech OÜ missioon on pakkuda oma valdkonnas parimat võimalikku teenust, luua kaasaegseid ja innovaatilisi lahendusi ning olla usaldusväärne koostööpartner nii kodu- kui välismaal.

Radiustech OÜ jätkas 2024. majandusaastal oma põhitegevuse arendamise ja turupositsiooni tugevdamisega. Fookuses oli kogemusturundus, messibokside ja esinduslahenduste disain ning ehitus, samuti audiovisuaalsete ja tehniliste lahenduste pakkumine suurüritustele. Ettevõte osales mitmetel rahvusvahelistel projektidel, kus panustati nii tehnilise teostuse kui ka visuaalse kujunduse loomisse.

Aasta jooksul keskenduti koostöösuhete laiendamisele ja ekspordisuuna arendamisele, mis on ettevõtte jätkuv strateegiline prioriteet. Samuti pöörati tähelepanu tööprotsesside efektiivistamisele ja seadmepargi uuendamisele, et tagada klientidele kvaliteetne ja paindlik teenus.

Finantstulemuste osas oli 2024. aasta stabiilne. Võrreldes 2023. aastaga kasvatas ettevõte käivet enam kui ühe miljoni euro võrra, kuid samal ajal kasumlikkus mõnevõrra vähenes. Käibe puhasrentaablus langes 0,023-lt 0,011-le ning varade rentaablus 2,5%-lt 1,6%-le. Samas paranes ettevõtte efektiivsus - koguvarade käive kasvas 1,107-lt 1,445-le, mis viitab varade tõhusamale kasutusele. Lühiajalise võlgnevuse kattekordaja vähenes 1,454-lt 1,044-le, mis viitab likviidsuse mõningasele vähenemisele, kuid ettevõtte võimekus täita oma lühiajalisi kohustusi säilis piisaval tasemel.

Radiustech OÜ jätkab 2025. aastal tegevuse laiendamist, pöörates senisest veelgi enam tähelepanu eksporditurule ning uute, kõrgema lisandväärtusega teenuste pakkumisele. Ettevõtte eesmärgiks on kasvatada konkurentsivõimet ning pakkuda terviklikke loov- ja tehnilisi lahendusi nii üritusturunduses kui ka messi- ja produktsiooni valdkonnas.
