      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Ettevõte on asutatud 2012. aasta detsembris.

      Alates 2014 juulist on OÜ Puusõbrad nimi muudetud OÜ Zimmermann Grupp-ks.

      Ettevõttes töötab keskmiselt 6 inimest.

      Juhatus on ühe liikmeline.

      2023.aastal oli põhitegevusala uste, akende, treppide jm puittoodete tootmine. Tootmine toimub järelmaksuga soetatavates ruumides. Käive vähenes alla 10% võrreldes 2022 aastaga. Konkurents on tugev. Proovime püsida turul, et anda inimestele tööd.

      2024. aastal jätkame sama tegevusega.

      Ainuomaniku arvates on OÜ Zimmermann Grupp rahalistes raskustes, ettevõtte tegevus ei ole jätkusuutlik, loodame saada piisavalt tööd, et kahjumit katta.
