      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Schmitz Cargobull Eesti OÜ (edaspidi ka "Ettevõte") kanti Äriregistrisse 19.12.2012. Osaühingu põhitegevusalaks on Saksamaa haagiste tootja

      Schmitz Cargobull haagiste ja varuosade müük. Osaühingu sajaprotsendiline omanik on Saksamaa ettevõte Schmitz Cargobull AG, mis on käesoleval ajal Euroopa suurim veoautohaagiste tootja.

      Aruandeaastal 01.04.2025-31.03.2026 tegeles osaühing peamiselt haagiste müügiga. Osaühingu haagiste müügikäive vähenes aruandeperioodil 6% eelmise aruandeaastaga võrreldes. Varuosade müük kahanes 6% võrreldes eelmise aruandeaastaga.

      Ettevõte säilitas oma tugeva turupositsiooni Eestis kogu aruandeperioodil 2025/2026. Turuosa 2025/2026 analüüsi järgi oli Schmitz Cargobull

      Eesti OÜ turuosa Eesti turul oli 53,7%.

      Ettevõtte majandustegevus on mingil määral hooajaline. Suuremate müügikäivetega kuud on tavaliselt varakevadest kuni hilis-sügiseni.

      Venemaa agressioonile järgnenud Venemaa ja Valgevene vastu kehtestatud sanktsioonid mõjutasid jätkuvalt oluliselt kaubavooge ja transpordisektorit. Sanktsioonide laienemine ning finantstehingute piirangud nende riikidega vähendasid kaubamahtu ja tekitasid transpordioperaatoritele täiendavaid riske. Ettevõte järgib rangelt sanktsiooninõudeid, kontrollides hoolikalt klientide päritolu ja tehingu eesmärki.

      Kahtluse korral keelduti koostööst ning mitmed kliendid blokeeriti sanktsioonidest kõrvalehoidmise riskide vältimiseks.

      Ettevõte ei puutunud aruandeaastal kokku oluliste riskidega, mis oleksid mõjutanud tema finantsseisundit. Likviidsus- ja rahavoogude riske hallatakse ettevaatlikult, hoides piisavaid rahavarusid ning jälgides regulaarselt klientide vastu olevaid nõudeid.

      Pärast aruandeaasta lõppu ei ole toimunud olulisi sündmusi, mis oleksid oluliselt mõjutanud ettevõtte tegevust või finantstulemusi. Turg on jätkuvalt iseloomustatav ettevaatlikkuse ja aeglase taastumisega, kuid ei ole täheldatud arenguid, mis muudaksid ettevõtte strateegilist suunda.

      Schmitz Cargobull Eesti OÜ eesmärgiks on endiselt turuosa hoidmine ja suurendamine ning pakkuda head teenindust olemasolevatele ja tulevastele klientidele, tagades sellega Schmitz Cargobull AG väärtuste ja missiooni elluviimise Eestis.

      Ettevõte jätkab dokumendivoogude digitaliseerimist ning rakendab meetmeid keskkonnamõju vähendamiseks.

      Osaühingu juhatus koosneb kolmest liikmest. Tööjõukulud aruandeaastal kokku olid summas 288 467 eurot. Osaühingus oli keskmiselt 5 palgalist töötajat. Ettevõtte varade kogumaht aruaandeperioodi lõpul oli kokku 4 146 452 eurot.
