Overview of the Group's activities

Bolt Technology OÜ is a European super app operating under the Bolt brand, offering ride services, light vehicle rental, car rental, and prepared food and grocery delivery services. The company was founded in 2013 in Tallinn and operated in more than 40 countries in 2022, mainly in Europe, the Middle East and

Africa.

Over the past six years, Bolt has developed services that offer better and more affordable alternatives for almost every purpose a personal car serves. The company's goal is to accelerate the transition to electric light vehicles, such as electric scooters and bicycles, and shared transport solutions, such as ride services and car rental, to make cities sustainable and people-friendly again. In addition, we have compiled a Green

Plan, or Bolt's green plan, aimed at reducing the environmental impact of Bolt as a company.

Group structure

As of December 31, 2022, the Group includes 59 companies. The ultimate parent company of the Group is Bolt Technology OÜ. Bolt Technology OÜ is the legal owner of intellectual property related to Bolt applications (intellectual property, Bolt trade name and trademarks). Most of this intellectual property-related research and development is carried out in Estonia by Bolt Technology OÜ, which is also primarily responsible for

managing Bolt's research and development activities.

Bolt Holdings OÜ is the intermediate holding company for most of the Group's subsidiaries, except in cases where local regulations require a different ownership structure.

Bolt Operations OÜ is the company carrying out activities directed at Bolt Group's customers, except in cases where Bolt operates through a local company (i.e., the local Bolt company enters into contracts with local third parties and manages the business locally on a limited risk basis).
