      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Skandar OÜ on ühe osaniku poolt 21.05.2014 aastal loodud ettevõte. Ettevõtte tegevusalaks on hoonete ja kinnisvara arendus.

      Käesoleval majandusaastal jätkas ettevõte aktiivselt tootmishoone ehitusega seotud investeeringuid. Projekti rahastamiseks saadi PRIA sihtfinantseerimist ning hoone ehituskulud kajastati lõpetamata ehitisena.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte olemasolevate projektide arendamist ning keskendub uute investeerimisvõimaluste leidmisele. Juhtkonna hinnangul on ettevõtte finantsseis stabiilne ning tegevus väljavaated positiivsed.

      Kinnisvaraturu areng ja ettevõtte senine tegevus loovad head eeldused jätkuvaks kasvuks ja kasumlikkuseks.

      Skandar OÜ-s 2025. aastal töölepingu alusel töötavaid töötajaid ei olnud.

      Osaühingu juhatuse liikmele tasu ei makstud.
