      Osaühing Explotech on kantud äriregistrisse 07. juulil 2014.

      2024 aastal võeti vastu otsus, et 2025. aasta esimesel poolel viiakse läbi ettevõtte omandistruktuuri oluline muudatus. Muudatuse tulemusel võtavad ettevõtte üle uued omanikud, kelle eesmärk on suunata senine äritegevus ümber kaitsetööstuse valdkonda.
