      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025. aastal jätkas Euroring OÜ tavapärast majandustegevust ning osutas teenuseid.

      Aruandeaasta jooksul suurendati ettevõtte omakapitali mitterahalise sissemakse arvel. Jagunemislepingu tulemusena moodustati tütarettevõtja Euroring Grupp OÜ, mille tulemusena suurenesid ettevõtte finantsinvesteeringud.

      Seisuga 31.12.2025 moodustasid ettevõtte põhivaradest suurima osa investeeringud tütarettevõtjatesse. Ettevõtte finantsseisund oli aruandeaasta lõpu seisuga stabiilne.

      2026. aastal jätkab ettevõte olemasolevate investeeringute haldamist, majandustegevust ning finantsstabiilsuse säilitamist.
