Hansa24 Group OÜ is engaged in the production and sale of wooden prefabricated houses. Our product range includes various garden houses, such as saunas, garages, sheds, shelters, and cottages. We sell products directly to end consumers through online stores and sales sites. In addition to our parent company in Estonia, we also have subsidiaries in several European countries, including the UK, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Spain.

In 2022, we experienced an 8% decline in sales compared to the previous year. The main reason for this was the war in Ukraine and its impact on the market. The geopolitical situation and price increases affected consumer buying behavior, which was directly reflected in our sales results.

In the summer, we started production in our own factory. The first six months of the startup period were challenging and we encountered several problems and obstacles. By now, we have managed to overcome the problems and increase productivity. We have invested in improving the factory and optimized the production cycle to ensure product quality and fast delivery.

Although 2022 brought us a significant decline in sales, we were able to withstand the challenges posed by the war in Ukraine and price increases to our company. We have constantly tried to expand our markets and customer base, as a result of which we have established subsidiaries in several European countries. In addition, we have launched our own production activities, which have enabled us to better control the production process and ensure the manufacture of quality products. Despite the challenges of the past year, we remain optimistic about future plans and will do everything possible to achieve continued success.
