      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Majandusaasta lõpu seisuga on OÜ Phantom Groupi omakapital langenud alla äriseadustikus sätestatud nõude, mille kohaselt peab omakapital moodustama vähemalt poole osakapitalist. Ettevõtte juhtkond on olukorrast teadlik ning on võtnud eesmärgiks omakapitali taastamise järgneva majandusaasta jooksul.

      Omakapitali taastamiseks on kavandatud järgmised tegevused:

      Tulu suurendamine: Ettevõte keskendub aktiivselt müügitulu kasvatamisele, laiendades oma kliendibaasi ja teenuste valikut. Plaanis on arendada olemasolevaid ärisuundi ning otsida uusi koostöövõimalusi ja turge.

      Täiendav omanike sissemakse: Vajadusel on omanikel valmidus teha täiendav sissemakse omakapitali tugevdamiseks.

      Juhtkond usub, et kavandatud sammud aitavad omakapitali taastada seaduses nõutud tasemele ja tagavad ettevõtte jätkusuutlikkuse.
