      Voore Farm Teenused OÜ alustas majandustegevusega 29.01.2016. Voore Farm Teenused OÜ kuulub alates 31.07.2024 tütarettevõtjana

      Voore OÜ kontserni.

      Voore Farm Teenused OÜ põhitegevusalaks on taimekasvatuse abitegevused. Lisaks osutatakse muid võimalikke teenuseid põllumajandusmasinate- ja seadmetega (nt lumekoristus talveperioodil).

      Tulud ja kasum 2025. aastal oli Voore Farm Teenused OÜ müügitulu 4 190 887 eurot (2024. aastal 3 743 636 eurot). 2025. aastal suurenes müügitulu võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga ligi 12%. Ettevõtte kliendid on Eesti ettevõttet.

      Ettevõtte puhaskasum oli 2025. aastal 320 685 eurot (2025. aastal puhaskasum 168 123 eurot).

      Voore Farm Teenused OÜ majandustegevust aruandeaastal iseloomustasid alljärgnevad finantssuhtarvud.

      Suhtarv 2025.aasta 2024.aasta

      Lühiajaliste kohustiste kattekordaja = 0,15 0,06 käibevara / lühiajalised kohustused

      Võlakordaja = 0,67 0,72 kohustused / koguvarad

      Müügitulu ärirentaablus (%) = 11,63 10,96 ärikasum / müügitulu

      Müügitulu puhasrentaablus (%) = 7,65 4,49 puhaskasum / müügitulu

      EBITA = ärikasum + põhivara kulum ja 1 513 045 1 357 375 väärtuse langus

      Investeeringud 2025. aastal põhivarasse tehtud investeeringute maht võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga vähenes ning moodustas 947 454 eurot (2024.aastal 1 764 975 eurot). 2026. aastaks on ette näha investeeringute tegemise jätkumist. Planeeritud on vahetada ja/või soetada uusi ja efektiivseid põllumajandusmasinaid- ja seadmeid vastavalt ettevõtte tehnikavajadusele.

      Personal 2025. aastal oli Voore Farm Teenused OÜ keskmine töötajate arv 32 inimest (2024. aastal samuti 32 inimest). Tööjõukulud olid 2025. aastal 1 427 418 eurot (2025. aastal 1 241 970 eurot).

      Tegevuse jätkuvus

      Kuigi ettevõtte lühiajalised kohustused ületasid 31.12.2025 seisuga käibevara, on siiski ettevõtte juhtkond järeldanud, et tegevuse jätkuvuse printsiibi rakendamine on asjakohane.

      Eesmärgid 2026. majandusaastaks 2026. aastal on Voore Farm Teenused OÜ-l plaanis jätkata samadel tegevusaladel ja müügiturgudel.
