      Voore Farm Teenused OÜ alustas majandustegevusega 29.01.2016. Voore Farm Teenused OÜ kuulub alates 31.07.2024 tütarettevõtjana

      Voore OÜ kontserni.

      Voore Farm Teenused OÜ põhitegevusalaks on taimekasvatuse abitegevused. Lisaks osutatakse muid võimalikke teenuseid põllumajandusmasinate- ja seadmetega.

      Tulud ja kasum 2024. aastal oli Voore Farm OÜ müügitulu 3 743 636 eurot (2023. aastal 3 787 810 eurot). 2024. aastal vähenes müügitulu võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga 1,2%. Ettevõtte kliendid on Eesti ettevõttet.

      Ettevõtte puhaskahjum oli 2024. aastal 168 123 eurot eurot (2023. aastal puhaskasum 179 046 eurot).

      Voore Farm Teenused OÜ majandustegevust aruandeaastal iseloomustasid alljärgnevad finantssuhtarvud.

      EBITA = ärikasum + põhivara kulum ja 1 357 375 1 267 512 väärtuse langus

      Investeeringud 2024. aastal põhivarasse tehtud investeeringute maht võrreldes eelneva majandusaastaga suurenes ning moodustas 1 764 975 eurot eurot (2023.aastal 1 305 197 eurot). 2025. aastaks on ette näha investeeringute tegemise jätkumist. Planeeritud on vahetada ja/või soetada uusi ning efektiivseid põllumajandusmasinaid- ning seadmeid vastavalt ettevõtte tehnikavajadusele.

      Personal 2024. aastal oli Voore Farm Teenused OÜ keskmine töötajate arv 32 inimest (2023. aastal 31 inimest). Tööjõukulud olid 2024. aastal 1 241 970 eurot (2023. aastal 1 232 586 eurot).

      Tegevuse jätkuvus

      Kuigi ettevõtte lühiajalised kohustused ületasid 31.12.2024 seisuga käibevara, on siiski ettevõtte juhtkond järeldanud, et tegevuse jätkuvuse printsiibi rakendamine on asjakohane.

      Eesmärgid 2025. majandusaastaks 2025. aastal on Voore Farm Teenused OÜ-l plaanis jätkata samadel tegevusaladel ja müügiturgudel.
